• The first agreed payment takes the lot off the market
• Every payment counts toward the required down payment
• Payments already made are non-refundable
• The down payment does not transfer ownership or convey legal rights

If the remaining down payment is not completed as agreed, the lot may return to the market. Money already paid compensates us for the time the lot was unavailable to other buyers.

4. Contract for Deed (Owner Financing)

If you choose owner financing:

• The terms are outlined in your Contract for Deed
• Ownership transfers only after full payoff
• You gain possession after signing the Contract for Deed
• Missing payments may result in default

The Contract for Deed is the binding agreement, not this website. The information on this website is kept as accurate and current as we can make it, but anything in your signed contract overrides anything published here. Read our plain-English summary before signing.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We don't guarantee availability of any specific payment method.
